Default Prelude headstuds in gsr block

Does anyone know if its possible to modify a gsr block to accept prelude headstuds? I hear that the studs for the 2.2 vtec engine are larger and its possible to drill and tap the holes in a gsr block for these bigger studs.

Thank you.

What would the purpose of that be?? Seems like more of a hassle then anything. Why not just get the GSR ones??

I have a gsr block with a couple of stripped headbolt holes. Rather than messing around with helicoils, i was thinking that maybe i could just drill and tap all of them for a prelude stud and use those instead..

Has anyone here done this?
