Default Prelude calipers on EK

I have a 97 Civic that i am puting a h22 into. I bought a 97 Prelude Type SH that is wrecked a little in the front, but motor and trans are fine. Obviously to use the motor for the swap. I was trying to swap the calipers from the Prelude to the Civic for the size difference, seeing that i will need more braking power. The dilema that i am having is i dont know what rotors to use, for the Civic having four lug and i want it to stay that way and what will be the same size as the stock Prelude rotors. Also will the calipers on the Civic clear the wheels. If anyone had any information on this brake swap it would be great. Thanks.

re-drill the prelude rotors to the same stud pattern as the EK,

then you might have to get a bracket machined to fit the calipers on the hubs...

but i havent done this - this is jsut what you would normally do to swap brakes across models...

you might need at least 14's or 15's to fit the brakes...

i have done the samw thing on my h22 stroked and turboed hatch.i just used the aero cross drilled for the 92-95 civic.the set up worked better than i thought it would.i am now in the process of doing the back.i have 17" volk's se's on it with no problems.i have even put the nitto 555 extremes on to and they are 14" and they clear also.hope this helps.

93 hatch cx w/h22 stroked to a 2.4L
w/ xs t67 bb w/pro race fogger shooting for 700+ with the gas
