PR3 and PR4 Q's

I went to the junkyard today and picked up an Intake manifold. It says PR4 on it. It was in a 90-93 teg so im guessing thats what its off of. (i also snagged the shortblock

) BUT, i also took some cams that were in the same car... on the stock cam gear, it says PR3.... now PR3 is a B16? are those B16 cams?

all the b-series cam gears have pr3 stamped on them.. even when i bought my b20..it was stamp pr3..

other questions concerning that B18 block i snagged...(LS/Vtec project, or sell and make a quick buck) what can i do to that block that can produce more power than my current B20/Vtec setup? my B20 has JE 11.5.1 pistons and its been balanced.
