Pr3-3 CTR head ls/vtec Questions please help??
Hey guys i am looking at doing a ls/vtec swap. what i got is a stock ls block, and a pr3-3 The civic type r b16 head and s2 pro series stage 1's.
what i wanna know is what the compression would be on this block with the b16 ctr head and a horsepower estimate on that head with stock block and the s2 pro cams?? i wanna know if this would be more powerfully than my stock gsr block that is high miles like 300k+

Its my buddies he pulled it of a ctr motor he bought from a jdm site got the receipts. ITs a pr3-3 not just pr3 which the - and number show they were either itr or ctr heads.\
ok will i seen the receipts it came off a type r motor that was not messed with is the main way and it also seems to have the factory port and polish and the green paint behind where it says p73. im pretty sure its a type r head.
but this is not the question i just wanna know what the compression and rough estimate of horsepower would be with a type r head and s2 pro series 1 cams on a ls block? I'm not concerned with whether its a real type r i just wanna know the compression and horsepower with that set up.
