I assume the rules didn't allow him to put the drivetrain where it belongs: mid-engine.
How the heck does he get 240hp with only "a different ecu, VTEC controller, and intake." Not even different exhaust? Someone's dreaming.

who knows, hiding behind that mild mannered H22 badge is a monster ready to be let loose. raised compression, the right injectors, cams, ecu tuning and I/H/E could realize 40 more race-reliable flywheel hp no problem
thinking about it 97+ preludes dyno in at 160/140 with stock everything on average. Thats what my friend's 2001 put down at 12K miles on the stock honda fluids and everything after its second oil change. That engine hasnt even started to loosen up yet, still kinda tight. Also SAE spec would be about 153-158/132-136 corrected... so if you figure the prelude is 205bhp from the factory, you are looking at a 21% loss. 240 would net about 190/158 at the wheels in an H22. That is FAR from non-realistic. Having done that ONLY with the ECU and I/H/E I would say thats stretching matters.
