Power window conversion ??'s

nope, best way is to use regulators, switches and door harnesses from same gen ex coupe. The way we did them on our 5th gens is that we used the ex coupe regulators in place of our manual regulators, and got the door panels and switches and the pigtails that went into the switches then we hardwired everything else so it functions just like oem. Not that difficult, but a fun task none the less.
PS. you CAN use one of those spal/universal kits, but you'd have to put some epoxy to bond the adapter gears together or else they'll come apart
[and they do come apart] and then mounting them can be a pain [thats my
current setup, so I'll switch over to the oem regulators next week.
