just wondering if you guys have seen this problem.. this is for a 99 Si.. the passenger side power lock seems to need 'charging' in order to function properly.. if i lock it, it will only unlock after quite some time (and vice versa)..doesn't sound like it's mechanical because it DOES lock or unlock.. but what kind of electrical problem could it be if it does work, but just not right away??
