Possible starter problem question
I got my car out the body shop today for repair some front end damage. Not that bad, just a $900 repair on the hood and headlight. They told me they couldn't start the car. I got the key and this is what happen
Normal Ignition : Turn 1 Turn 2 then a quarter turn (about 1-2 cranks) then it starts.
Mine: Turn 1, Turn 2, Then a small small turn and i gotta hold it for about 3-4 cranks before it starts.
Any ideas? I think its either the battery or the starter. Help please.
