Default Possible short? Maybe?

Ok so last night as I was driving my car I was making a U turn. While I was turning the passensger side headlight and corner light went off and the rear passenger side turn signal stayed on. With the headlights off or JUST the corner lights on it acts perfectly fine. When turn the headlights on, the passenger side turn signal indicator on the cluster stays on along with the high beam indicator but is slighty dim.

I checked all the bulbs and wiring, everything seems to be fine. I haven't the slightest clue what the problem could be. I would appreciate if someone could chime in. If this helps the car is a 91' hatch with a B16.

TIA

sounds like it could be something with the actual turn signal lever which operates the high beams as well.
