Possible for obd0 engine to run without Resistor box?
90 civic, b16, dual point > multipoint fuel injection swap.
It ran ok for a bit then progressivly got worse. Injectors ended up being out of spec on the ohm readings.
Decided to check all my wiring. So I back probed pins A13 and A15.
From ECU to Main relay it has continuity.
But From Resistor box to either ECU or Main relay has no continuity.
I must have a open in the line at some point. From the Resistor box to the splice point.
Here is a Wiring diagram.

Is it possible for the car to run for a short period of time normally?
Then would this fry my injectors? Because the voltage has no place to go?

It couldn't have run like that, so while it was running that wire must have been intact.
Are you asking whether you should wire that power (main relay pin 7) directly to the hot side of the injectors? I'd say no, that would not be good. But I've never done it so ??
You've already identified where the open-circuit is. Why don't you fix it? I don't see any reason (in what you said) to believe the resistor box is screwed up.

yes i know. but im just trying to figure out how it ran without that wire...and why would it get worse and worse
