Possible fuel issues with JG Intake manifold and TB
Just finished my new LS/VTEC engine yesterday and in the process of breaking it in.
BUT when its running it seems to be putting too much fuel into the engine, you can see vapor comming out of the exhaust and you can smell it.
The fuel system is stock, other than a fuel rail. It has a victorx manifold and TB.
My question is, could the larger volume of air be causing the car to compensate with more fuel? this has me worried, im afraid it will wash the rings.
Any one know of a problem like this?
Im most likely going to return back to stock until its broken in and ready for the turbo and tuning.
Any input would be much apreciated.
Thanks.

your new rail hold a bit more fuel..
but it is better to run on the richer side..
do you have a air/fuel gauge?
if not measure you o2 sensor voltage..
should be .4 to .6 Volts more voltage is ok, less is bad..
