Default Is this possible?

The place who did my b16 swap into my 95 civic didn't use the proper rear mount so one of the bolt holes didn't line up. Now i have a big chunk of my tranny casing missing and the shop says they aren't going to do anything about it.
I was wondering if i could just get another casing. I've sourced one but i need to know if its possible and whats involved.
Heres a pic of the damage:

from that pic you can clearly tell that the wrong mount is being used. I've already picked up a 94-01 integra rear mount.

i'm with muller on this....i did it to a quad i owned and it held-up just fine...the chain fell off and ripped the front sprocket out and i had it welded and put the sprocket back on and never had a problem with the weld...and that drove the quad....i know it's a little different than a car but just some food for thought

well is the bolt hole that busted in the picture of my busted tranny the same as this one in the picture?

If so, then changing the housing will require removal of the gearsets, diff, pretty much everything right?

Most places that specialize in welding can weld aluminum... alot of performance shops weld aluminum as well.
