Default Positive Camber Problem

I just installed an ITR 5-lug conv. on my 98 civic hatch. Everything is great accept the driver rear has a bit of positive camber, not to mention it is not sitting as low as the other side (about an inch difference). The car was lowered with koni adjustables and neuspeed sport springs. I had the car aligned and they said that the tow was as far as it goes and was still a degree off. Just to inform you now the ITR that I got the parts off of was not hit on that side (front end collision). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to drive until I fix this so I don't wreck my brand new tires.
