Default Port and Polish? Necessary?

Ok so I have a couple of questions for you guys.. I am not fully literate on engine stuff so bear with me!

1) What exactly does a port and polish do?
2) What is an angle valve job? Does it happen during the porting?
3) Are any of these necessary with a Jun 3 setup?
4) What are the benefits of having this done?

off from the top of my head: (please correct me if im wrong)
1) P&P makes everything smooth in your head, intake manifold and tb so air passes better, its like giving it a better flow. Taking out the rough parts and making the passages bigger so more air can get in.

2) I'm not really sure on this but theres a 3angle and 5angle job, its the way your fuel and air swirl into the combustion chamber. (i think)

3) What does a Jun 3 setup have in it?

4) The benefits are good. more and better airflow especially with high performance cams which are probaly in the Jun 3 setup? id say if you got the money for a P&P job then get it if you want it.

also where are u planning on having your parts P&P?

My Jun 3 Setup is going to be:

- Hi-Tech header
- AEM CAI
- Custom 2.5" Catback or straightpipe
- Jun 3 cams
- Toda Cam gears
- Jun Valvetrain
- Upgraded clutch
- Endyn Rollerwave 12.5:1 Compression Pistons
- Lightened flywheel
- Hondata

Dunno if that helps you guys out, but thought I'd supply it.

when u hit the 200whp mark on the 1.8 motor. It's going to be hard to find more hp.

this is when its time to get a Port n Polish job.
it maximizes airflow into the combustion chambers.
