Default Poormans type r help!!!!!

ok so i have a semi built poormans:

B16 head
BC Valve spring & Retainers
BC Stage 3 Cams
B18c1 block
pr3 pistons

Well got the motor in fired it up and it ran like a sewing machine for about a week no leaks no smoking no nothing. Then one day out of no where it bogged down and cut off on me at the light. so i had it towed to my dads shop, tried cranking it and NOTHING! So i replaced the the starter and then it would turn over but not crank. looked everything over checked spark gas and it had everything but still wouldnt crank. i then checked the timing and (to me) it looked as though it was off by one tooth. it was hard to tell because i dont have the timing cover on so i got a new belt ,which off rip was already tighter than the previous new belt, and put it on and what do you know it fired right up. BUT!!!!! Now its running way to rough. Ive checked spark plugs, wires, dizzy, injectors, fuel rail, fuel filter, and sensors. I am really stumped on this one and i am open to any and all suggestions on what it could be.

A bent valve isn't that bad takes about a day to fix if you do the work yourself even less.
Do a compression test and go from there if you have compression your motor should be fine. It might be another issue.
Spark, timing, fuel,or no air (clogged air filter)

And to check the timing without the covers there's a mark for the crank on the oil pump housing.
Line the crank up with that mark and the cams should be lined up perfectly if not then your timing is off.
