Default Poor Mans Type R,HELP PLZ

well am thinking about get a GSR or a B16 but i dont which way to go,am goin all motor,so i have to 2 setups am thinking about running in a 99si or a 92-95 civic coupe.Well for the 1st one is the Poor mans type R,the setup is the GSR block with a b16 pistons with a b16 head with ITR Valvetrain with ITR Cams and ITR INtake manifold,b16 tranny with all that good stuff but then i wanted to use the CTR Pistons but they told i couldnt run on pump gas which over here is 91 octane so ya,if i use the CTR pistons am gonna do like 12:1 something compression, they told me thats too high, that maybe i could possisbly do it with 91 and octane booster.OK thats was the first one now here is the 2nd setup i wanted to do,Stock Jdm GSR with and ITR Valvetrain with Either CTR or ITR Cams skunk2 cam gears with ITR Intake manifold and b16 tranny and now for the final thing, jdm b16 pistons and from what i seen on this compression caculator thoses b16 pistons give me with the stock gsr 11:9 compression now thats good, higher than a regalur poor mans type which is like 11:6 compression, now my thing is which is the better setup and if i do the Poor Mans type r with CTR pistons can i use pump gas 91 octane or should i go with the gsr setup with b16 pistons and would i be able to use 91 octane. so ya i am confused on what setup to do and why would a stock gsr with jdm b16 pistons give me such higher compression ratio,so ya plz help me i have been looking for some to help on this, and also i need choice on Intake manifolds and Intake, which brand is the best and should i go with DC sport headers or stock ITR Exhaust manifold with cat -back and what oil and oil filter should i use and which spark plugs and wires would be the best for either setups am running, and plz give me ur ideas for better setup for what am trying to do.thanks.
