Default Poor man TypeR project need help

Ok I just bought a GSR block that came with a crank to go with my B16 head. I have a set of LS rods and an LS crank. My question is what all would I have to do to make get the LS parts fit into the GSR block so I can get the 89mm stroke?

you have to remove or bend the oil squirters out of the way of the crank counterweights.
