Default Poly bushes - How To?!

Sorry Ive done a search but cant find anything :-(
Does anyone know where there is a how to on replacing suspension bushes!
Ideally in relation to the Energy Suspension master kits!
Plus I have a 3rd Gen Integra Si which has the same LCRs as the Type R, would I be right in thinking the bushes for the rear LCRs wont fit, would there be any others that wouldnt fit also?!

My local mechanic is having REAL troubles with this, not being able to follow the instructions, not knowing what will fit and what wont etc

Any help that I can give the useless b*st*rd would be great

Cheers

You have to press out the bushings with a 6 ton hydrolic press. Any REAL suspension shop should be able to do this.

On the rear LCA you also have to press them out.

On the trailer arm you have to CUT the bushing out. Do not press or hammer the metal piece out. If you do your arm is crap.

I had to call energy twice and ask them which ones would fit.
