Default PM9-2 Head

A quick disclaimer: I have looked around for an answer and have seen so many conflicting opinions that I must ask for myself.

I have recently bought a EF and the seller did the MPFI swap on the car but swapped the head for one that was not a B2. The head reads PM9-2. I hear it is a A6 head but I also hear it is a B7 head.
Any clear answers out there? I appreciate any help.

a6 head and b7 head are the same though there may be slightly different valve springs in there depending on the original cam (b7 vs a6). it could also be a d15b non vtec head. they are all the same casting.

Thanks for the reply. I knew that they had the same casting. I just wish I knew for sure because of the A6 having the better camgear.
