Default Plug wires???

which ones do you guys run? ANd also im looking at either the ngk power cable and msd super conductor 8.5mm. The ngk on a dyno gave about 3 hp over stock and msd gave about 4 over stock. I want the msd but its kinda pricey, i was wondering were is the best place on the net besides ebay to buy these at for cheaper?

thanks

i dunno, but i think oem honda is the best, it has been tested over anything and proved to be more consistent.

NGK or oem. The NGKs are around the same price, maybe a few bucks cheaper than the oem wires.

OEM or NGK work really good. I have aset of NGK's on my car now and I like them alot better than the MSD wires I had.

You can get NGK's at Sparkplug.com. You can also find they at some Napa's.

I will only use OEM. They are usaully good for 300k+ and always fit perfect.

I had a set of MSD 8.5's on my old d16z6. As far as performance, i had no complaints, although MSD does have a nasty problem about slipping off of the distributor. Myself and 2 friends have had this same problem.

I had the same problem with the MSD's coming off the distributor.

Actually, why are you replacing the wires in the first place. I find the OEM's are good for 2-300k or 12+ years. Spray them down with water and measure the resistance, if the car does not sputter with the water, and the resistance measures OK, then you are wasting your money by replacing them.
