just fitted a 92 jdm b16a into my UK 95 ej2 coupe. Problem is is that its throwing 2 fault codes. the first is eld, which im convinced is all wired up ok an functional. the second is thee idle air control valve. When i wired this up, the fault code went but the engine started revvin up to bout 2k an hunting. any ideas please! the ecu was fine when it was in the donor car......

 

Where ya located? What OBD version are the chassis/motor/harnesses, which ECU are you using.

Are you sure you're pulling the right codes? I know when I was doing my swap I had problems because some of the plugs on the sensors are interchangeable. Wish plugs were made to fit only ONE sensor, make things much simpler.
