Default First swap, code 5, 14, and 41

I have a B16A2 in a 92 CX hatch. I bought a 95 SI wiring harness to help make the wiring easier for me.

Currently throwing code 5, 14, and 41.

Code 5 = MAP sensor

Code 14 = Idle air control valve

Code 41 = Primary oxygen sensor heater

I could really use some help. Could it be the wiring? I thought the 95 Si harness was plug and play. I have searched the archives and can't make heads or tails of anything.

Any help or just links to where I can find some help would greatly be appreciated.

Also looking for a damper (crank pulley) I searched the archives and I was just looking for a reputable company. Thanks.

Is the IACV plugged in ? Make sure that it's plugged into the right clip.

yes, I believe they are both (the map sensor and IACV) plugged in correctly

Just to make sure I reversed the plugs and I'm throwing the same codes
