Default please help: car won't start

ok, so i was re-gapping my spark plugs and one of them fell into the motor. 30 minutes later i cant find it so i figure it wont hurt to start the car up and move it up onto my ramps so i can get underneath. well, she ran for about 3 seconds and died. i found my spark plug (after rolling the car about 2 INCHES), but now she won't start. did i kill my car???

fyi, i had just replaced my valve cover gaskets and spark plug gaskets (just the upper ones), but that was before i did the spark plugs and it ran fine in-between.

any help would be appreciated!!!

cheers
colin

what do you mean fell in the motor? Did it fall in the engine bay or in the motor? If it fell in the motor then thats your problem.
