hi i am running a b16a sirII with an ex harness in a 95 CIVIC EX i have a chipped p28 , i have a problem my car is running very lean and slow and its not the computer b/c i used it in a friends car and it runs correctly please help with and comments on what to check .........the map ,tps,are good i even swapped the injectors still no luck! the no engine code either?????? i dont know what to do next i even tryed a p30 and a obd1 pr3 nuting works ,,,,,,, if the timming was off would it do this? would it still run if the timming was off please reply asap!

i know its running lean the plugs are whiiiitttteee...my ait/fuel pinned on lean any one ever have this problem?

 

what kind of fuel pump and regulator are you using?

 

im using an b&m and a stock fuel pump but its not the pump or the regulator i used the same pump with a jrsc and no probs
