pistons and rods for b20 vtec engine

pistons and rods for b20 vtec engine
guys, looking for an anvice on which pistons and pods should i choose for b20 vtec engine. right know the options are CP or JE pistons (looking for high compression pistons like 12.5) and Manley, Crower or CP rods. Which one would you choose?
