Default Pistons for h22.

I have a 92 h22 prelude. Im getting ready to put new pistons in it. I know you cant run forged without resleeving the block, but what other pistons can you run? What compresson does the type s piston yield in the h22 block? I dont want anything hardcore, i just want to freshen up the block with some new rings and pistons. Maybe some new rod bearings also...

Also, do the h22 heads respond well to porting and polishing??

Any head will respond well to porting as it allows it to breath better, but you may want to whip out a VAFC and have it tuned as you will have more airflow.

Del you should replace the main bearings while you've got the crank dropped, don't be cheap! BTW if you want headporting hit me up with a pm or on msn and I'll tell you who can possibly get you a deal through comptech machine.
