I bought pistons rings for my 95 gsr motor, because i thought i was just going to re ring my stock ones but now im plannig on getting stock bore usdm typer pistons. They will still fit correctly rightt? They will also fit on my stock rods right?

I am sure you can use the same rings on those pistons, being the bore is the same. However, i don't recommend doing that. Just replace 'em.

 

No, i was saying i have brand new piston rings that i ordered for my gsr pistons. They are still in the little boxes and everything. I was making sure they were the same for the typer since i was thinking of getting typer pistons now.

 

Yes, you can use them. The diameter of the pistons are the same.
