Default Physical difference in an OBDI and OBDII GSR block?

Is there any difference between an OBDI and OBDII bottom end for a b18c1?

The reason I ask, is because I am about to purchase a Helms manual for the appropriate engine I am going to be building (b18c1 block w/b16 head). I really just need the manual for the bottom end, and I was wondering if the year of the bottom end really made much, if any, difference.

The oil cooler is still on the type r though so you'll still have it. There is a sensor on the oil pump for obd2 not in the ond1 book. thats the only difference and there are no torque changes so if its just for the bottom end either book will be just fine.
