Default Philadelphia Area Shops

I had to sell my Integra to afford to move to Philly (ironic) to work at a marketing firm after college. I'm saving everything I can now to start a new project but I don't know the area very well besides that the streets are crappy. I just wanted any information on refutable shops around here that do engine swaps, forced induction, etc on hondas. I'm looking to start over and build a turbo h22 in an integra or civic. Thanks for any input and help.

that was not a typo...you mean't "reputable", however "p" is no where near "f" on the keyboard- are you sure went to college?

ON a serious note, to be honest, there are a few shops in Philly and the 'burbs who seem alright, specifically IMPULSE on cottman ave and ExtremePSI in langhorne, however, these guys are extremely young, so the experience is not there that you see @ NY shops such as DRT and RPM...

If you need a built motor and it's gotta be in the Philly area, i'd go to noone except FRANK BASH race engines

at any rate, I know a few VERY reliable private parties in the area that would be more than willing to handle your tech needs, such as swaps, etc...

ah...I'm cringing at my own error.

Hehe, anyway thanks for the info. It's really of great help because I do feel that this town doesn't have much in terms of a garage of pros who can handle custom work. It's surprising since I see some nice cars around here and I heard so many things about the import presence in philly. I guess i can just have work done back home in richmond or northern virginia. This is discerning simply because I expected a big city like philadelphia would cater to such an obvious market.
