Default PG6B Pistons???

I have a set of what I think are stock d-series pistons. Can anyone tell me what engine these came out of and what they will fit. I also need to know if the rod nuts on these pistons will work on my b18a1. I lost one rod nut and these are the only others I have. The b-series are 12 point and the d-series are six point. Will they be strong enough. Thanks
