Default PAIN in my ***!!! Please HELP!!

Ok, so I told my sister-in-law that I would do an engine swap for her. She has a 91 CRX Si (d16a6) and bought a D15b2 from some dude that told her it puts out like 150hp flywheel. Whatever. In return for doing this for her I will get her D16a6 to put in my 91 civic. Good deal for me. SO, my problem now is I have both engines now sitting in my garage. I really don't want to change wiring harnesses if I don't have to.
My question/theory is, can I just switch the intake manifolds (since that is the only real difference besides one is 1.5 & one is 1.6). My thinking is if I put the intake manifold from the d16a6 on the d15b2 it might work with out having to change out the ecu. Might even be better for it? But, will it work the other way? With the intake manifold from the d15b2 on the d16a6 with the ecu for the d15?
If anyone can help me out I might be able to sleep tonight. Thanks

The A6 mani. on the B2 should be fine, but putting the B2 fuel system on the Si motor will probably kill performance a bit..
