P8R head on B18A block, Yes or No???

P8R head on B18A block, Yes or No???
I am about to turbo my basically stock B18A, I have a P8R head sitting here which we obviously already know the advantages it has. Will it work on the LS block? I have researched and heard yes and no. Any input? 
To hell with it I will just sell it.
