Default P28/wideband problem

Hello all. I'm having trouble with my s300 p28. I've had it tuned via phearable and car runs fine. But over the last couple of weeks, my wideband has stuck on "htr" on the display. No error codes. It would be fine in the mornings and not work in the evenings. Until recently, it just altogether died for days and then would come back and work again. I rechecked wiring and bought a new o2 sensor. Swapped it out and re-calibrated it and it worked fine that night. Got up the next morning and there it is again, "htr". It's super frustrating and I am at a loss. I have it wired according to their wiring diagram and haven't gotten a response from the manufacturer. On a side note, during tuning, we had some trouble getting the ELD D14 circuit to read correctly with the wideband hook up to it. It fluctuates wildly. But the gauge reads just fine. So, I swapped the wideband o2 to the D14 pin. I can't seem to track down where it is coming from. Right now, it isn't even connected to the ecu, it's just a cut wire, and it's still doing it. Any help would be super appreciated. I have searched and haven't come up with anything. I'll post a video as well.
