Default P28 ECU chipping

If i want to reprogram my P28 can i do it myself, or is there other stuff i have to add into the board? If i get a ROM that is setup up with DOHC VTEC parameters is that all i need? Also if I were to chip an OBD1 P72 are there any programs that still have IAB or will the IAB point be modified? Thanks in advance.

Yea but do you just buy a DOHC VTEC ROM, then drop it in the P28???

yes, you can do it yourself if you buy the eprom for your ecu type. If you're good at soldering then you can do it.

The gsr ecu is easier to program, add the two chips and jump, P28 is lil more, 1 10k resistor and 2 .1 picofarad capacitors needed.

good luck
