just installed p28 in my r the vtec isn't engaging at all need some help,do I need a fuel regulator?

 

You installed a P28 on your Type R??

 

yes it has a skunk2 program

 

Did you buy it from Skunk2 or is it a copy of the Skunk2 program?

If it's a OE Skunk2 unit, then there's a problem with the ECU.

If it's a copy, who knows whats wrong with it.

Also, have you checked the easy stuff?

Are all the plugs installed properly? Made sure they "clicked" in place?
Got enough oil? Etc........
