p13 ECU

Alright I got a p13 ecu, im wondering what kinda speed limiter this thing was equipped with? Whats the best ecu for a h22 MT, currently in a accord?

i would just go to xenocron.com or phearable.net and they can just make u a custom chipped ecu to ur specs
