Default Oxygen Sensor Voltage to Air Fuel

From what I've seen on websites, 0.45V is around 14.7:1.
It also says that the higher the number, the richer, and the lower the number, the leaner.

I just got Hondata Datalogging, and at idle, the voltage is at 0.92V.

Does this mean I'm running rich on idle?

I'm pretty sure the oxygen sensor is still good, because when I brake hard, the oxygen sensor dips below 0.3V (lean conditions) as it should when you are decellerating.
