Default oxygen sensor, code 1 and 41. New O2 sensor

I bought a new o2 sensor from rywire.com about 3 weeks ago. I pluggd it in and everything was correct. Today out of nowhere code 1 and 41 came up. its in my CRX converted to OBD1. I have checked all of the connectors, they seem ok. Anyone have any ideas?

I dont kno if this will help u any but this is wat ur codes mean

code 1= Oxygen Sensor "A" (Primary)
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

code 41= Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater
circuit malfunction

so i would probably check to see if the connector is tight, if the wires have touched the exhaust manifold and burned, or if the wires have crossed

thats wat i can think of right now mabey it will help

I have been getting a code 1 for a while ever since my last swap, but I knew it wasn't a new o2 sensor that was needed. Anyway I was going to swap out another o2 sensor, but when I checked the wire connection it was loose so, I pressed it in tighter. I don't know how long it will take to get loose again, but I haven't thrown a code since. I also am running an odb1 conversion in my ef.
