Default overheating and running lean?

i have a H2B set up on my civic EF, it is a JDM H23A VTEC stock motor with bolt ons. i am using hondata s300 to run the car however, the car keeps overheating. i already replaced the fan switch and thermostat and bled the system as best as i know how. i noticed that the fan does not turn on when it starts to over heat, but when i loop the fan switch plug it turns on or when i do the engine overheat override on hondata. does anybody know what might be wrong?

the second problem i am having is my car is running lean at least that's what i think, i look at the AF and it is at 1.0 - 0.98. i cant get it tuned yet because i dont have the money at the moment, im using a hondata stock h22 base map with 440cc injectors. can anybody point me to the right direction on what i should adjust or look at? also i wired a lc-1 wideband however i dont know how to pull it up on hondata or if i wired it right i followed this guide http://www.xenocron.com/install/Xeno...etup-Guide.htm

please help me!!
