optimum operating temp for Honda MTF?

optimum operating temp for Honda MTF?
I am wondering (perhaps if anyone has a bottle laying around, it says it on the back...) what temp. Honda MTF is most effective. Does it have a similar temp range as regular 10W-30? Thanks.
