i dont think the omni coil overs are just the adjustible sleeves like the GC are. i belive they are a full coil over suspension kit (adjustible springs and shocks)

ground control are just coil over sleeves you put on your existing shocks. i have GC sleeves and i like them.....

He sells both, a full coilover and a sleeved coilover. They're almost the exact same as the sk2 coilover.

yes they do have coil over.. so i'm guessing omni is a pretty good springs... but the price is much lower than a gc... don't know why...

The omni coilover isn't dampening adjustable, just height and spring load.
Omni over ground controls anyday.

Steve (Omni) sells BOTH the full coilover suspension and the sleeve coilover, like Ground Control. OmniPower Website
I have the full coilovers and I must say they are astounding. I cannot say enough good things. But if I had to choose between Omni Sleeve coilovers and G.C., I'd chose G.C. anyday of the week. Not because Omni's are bad or anything, just for the simple fact that you can get custom spring rates on the G.C. You can't do that yet with Omni's. And like it was mentioned earlier, Omni = Skunk2 (more or less), so you're essentially getting their coilovers for a lil bit cheaper.
Which ever you get will be good upgrades but the G.C. will be better. Hope I helped.
