My ac compressor froze up last summer and now am going to fix it. No matter what i am having a shop evacuate the system and refill it when im done. I just bought a brand new drier. Should i get the new ac compressor for 325 or is it ok to use a used one. A buddy has one for 50 bucks, so i am weighing my options. Also is a expansion valve needed.
