Default Oil Starved B16A2

I have the opportunity to pick up a 99 B16A2 for $200. It is a complete long block, with all accesories. The seller says that it was starved of oil and now the motor is junk. Just wanting to know if it is even worth it. It seems like worst case the cam journals would be trashed making the head worthless and the rotating assembly would be junk as well. So I would end up with a block and accessories. What do you guys think?

chech the head because the b16 is tq less if the cam journals are "ok" then its a steal other than that why do you want a junkyard
