oil pump question, how much diff between 80 and 84 mm pump

oil pump question, how much diff between 80 and 84 mm pump
my itr has a 84mm gear inside the oil pump, all i can find is a 80mm gear one (94-95) gsr. Will this hurt my motor if i use the smaller gear? how much difference in pressure will i lose? thanks! And is there any way to tell what pump uses the 84 mm? i have a 98 gsr pump also and its 80mm
anyone?
