Get a new cam seal. The cam seal is that black cap your pointing at in the second pic. About $4 from any honda dealership.

You can also clean the old on and put some Hondabond on it.

take vavle cover off , make sure all bolts are torqued to oem sp ecs.

It's what is used factory on most all of the oil seals... It's just expensive high temp RTV sealant... You can buy stuff that is very similar to it at most auto parts stores... Honda Bond is more expensive just because it's factory but it's what I use... I get it for $17 a tube and it normally lasts awhile for me even when using it everyday... if not that , they make a die that you put in the oil and it will show you where the leak is really coming from by using a black light its cool

i had this thing too well just used a hi temp silicone sealent , its holding up !!!!!
