Is the oil dipstick the same part # for a b16 as a a b18c? I just put a b16 block with my b18c5 head and the block didn't come with a dipstick, so I am worried about the reading on the dipstick being accurate... any help appreciated, thanks.

I have both dip sticks (b16 & b18c). I measured them. They are the same.
