Default Oil in cylinders

I need other opinions. Please list all the possible causes.
The motor is a D16Z6 single cam vtec.

yep, worn rings probably, u probably redline it alot? i do, i really just burn up my oil though...but the rings are probably worn

Crap. I guess it's either that, or bad valve seals in the head. It's just been one thing after another lately.
