oil in coolant

99 accord with 2.3 vtech. got oil in the coolant. replaced rad and pulled head and had it check at machine shop. Went back with OEM honda parts...still same problem. Any ideas of where else to look??

Did they replace the head gasket while they were checking the head? Could be that...
