Default offset for 95 integra

I was gonna run 14" wheels on my 95 integra GSR and was wondering what the right offset would be for te-37 or ce28n +38? +25?

I've got 14" steelies for winter, I think their offset is 44mm.

The +38 is the one you would go with out of those choices.

+38 is smallest, +43 largest, or rubbing will occur
