Is this an OEM locking lug nut?
A tool or set similar to this will suffice...

If you know anyone who's a mechanic or works at a tire shop, you might be able to borrow it without having to buy it!
Even if those are factory, keys may be unavailable without knowing the key code for it.

From what I've researched, I believe there are only around 10 different keys for the oem locking lug nuts. My plan was to stick silly putty over the lug nut to make an impression that I could match with one of the dealership keys, since I can't drive the car.
However, I'd like to rule out if it's OEM or not, than take it from there.

That looks like it's from Gorilla Locks.
Those are pretty good, I had them on my old CRX.
It's easy to get it out, just hammer in a 12 point socket and impact it out if you do not have the nut remover kit.
And no that nut is 100% ok, that is how it is.

In case you're stuck in the same boat it came off with ease with a 12 point 21mm socket and a couple of whacks with the hammer. I'm sure Gorilla locks are glad to hear that... And the rims sold the same day
